Extremely helpful setting up credit card processing for my business. I had pointed and direct questions as to any 'fine print' issue for the costs of my little business, and he calmly seemed to know the answer to each immediately. I left with the feeling that the rates were competitive and the service top notch, and thus far it seems that my impression of your firm was spot-on! The URL where payments are entered works well, and I hope in the next months I will update our site to have API cart functionality which can be 'passed along' to processing via PayPal, Google Checkout, or Merchant Services, as the customer prefers. The first thing that worked well for me was that you were very fast on getting the paper work to me and the contract and terms were terrific I have attempted on at least 5 occasions over the years to change our credit card provider, and the experience and confusion was enough to turn me off and continue with my "old one" However, you made the entire process easy from signing up, to receiving the equipment. I called a number off the internet a couple of weeks ago and left a message about needing help with credit card processing. Within a few minutes a Sales Representative called me back. He asked me questions, explained what he could do for me, told me rates and then told me about a few things that would save me some money. I feel he was very thorough and helpful. The next day he contacted me when more information was needed so that everything could get processed very quickly. Right now he is in the process of helping fix something that needs to be fixed.
