3. Include a VOIDED CHECK to receive revenue from transactions or Visa/MasterCard will reject the application.
4. Also include a ULTILITY BILL or a BUSINESS LICENSE or a YELLOW PAGE AD or a LEASE (1 of these 4) with your location address on it for proof of address or Visa/MasterCard will reject the application.
5. Fax to 1-866-282-8009 or email to info@creditcardsystemsforfree.com 
6. Then within a few days you’ll receive your FREE Credit card system. You are then called for free training. Your business is then ready to receive all credit and debit cards accepting all forms of payment.
